Description
This pasta is made with vitamin-rich wheat germ and fine summer truffles. It’s made by hand according to an old tradition. The mild, slightly nutty flavour goes perfectly with creamy sauces with tartufata paste or fresh truffles.
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, water, eggs, 3,05% wheat germ, 1,29% summer truffles aroma.
May contain traces of eggs, fish and molluscs.
